Posted by Mads Stenfatt in Articles , Guides , Tips & Tricks
"Play your way and do it as you see fit" is the advice I often received and passed on.
In this article I will briefly outline how to make your own 3D images for viewing on the television that has this option. I make some recommendations on options for the camera, but as with so much else, it's not something to stare blindly at - you can easily achieve unique and amazing results in other ways, just hope that you are aware what doing and why they do it.
I was inspired to go this route in photography since I recently got myself a new television, which was able to show 3D films. This I saw as an exciting opportunity to come out and play with the camera and take pictures in a whole new way.
The technical methods of TV's 3D display will vary somewhat from manufacturer to manufacturer. But basically works the 3D view by TV receives an image that is split into two halves - one that shows the signal for the left eye and a right eye. Then transform your television this signal such that it takes each half, stretching them out to the entire width of the TV and show them "on top" each other. It is this trick in the following we will exploit.

Written by Noel Christensen in Articles , Guides , Tips & Tricks
Do you already have a digital camera, or considering getting one, so you'll need a memory card to it, whether it's a compact camera, super zoom or a digital SLR.
The market for memory cards for digital cameras is quite large, but is dominated by few big players in the market and some of the largest and most recognized manufacturers are Sandisk and Kingston, both of which provide good products at reasonable prices.
